Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Seeking an individual with at least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience that includes using commercial mowing equipment, edger, and leaf blowers.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours a day and lift 50+ pounds.

Must be able to use technology to clock in/out and log job hours.

**Must provide at least one verifiable work reference.

Irrigation Installer/Technician

Seeking landscaper with experience installing and repairing irrigation systems. Job will include other general landscape installation and maintenance duties.

Gardener/Horticulture maintenance

Seeking a professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented gardener.

The landscape gardener will:

Visit multiple sites each day

Prune shrubs and trees according to their specific pruning needs

Weed gardens and landscape beds

Notice and alert management of issues to be addressed such as drainage problems, invasive weeds, plants to be replaced, pests issues

Spread mulch and pine needles

Communicate with clients

Use a tablet to keep records of work performed

A qualified candidate must

Have a valid driver's license

Be able to work outdoors in all temperatures

Demonstrate plant knowledge and know how to care for plants according to their needs

Be able to lift over 50 pounds

Supervise others

Work independently

An ideal candidate would have 2 or more years of gardening experience and be a Certified Plant Professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /year

Landscape Project Foreman / Crew Leader

Your job will be to lead a small crew (1-3) in a variety of landscape projects.

You will have minimal paperwork and administrative tasks. You will be planning and executing projects, teaching your crew, and monitoring their quality of work.

You do not have to know how to do everything, but you must be willing to learn or relearn the best practices of ensuring a job is done correctly.

General Laborer

No experience in landscaping necessary but an aptitude and ability for manual labor is required.

You must be able and willing to work 8-10 hours outside.

You must be able to lift and carry 25-80 lbs.

You must be able to use technology to clock in and out and log work hours per job (Tech provided).
